Development History

This is, unfortunately, the sparcest section of the website as of right now. From what I've been able to see this was not a production that was heavily documented. However! In 2016 the Orginial Soundtrack was released and the booklet that comes with the CD has interviews and concept art packed with it. I have this disk, but will need help getting the text translated from Japanese. Pay attention to this pace for future updates!

For now, here's what I can offer.
Dragon Seeds was developed and published by the company Jaleco. Founded in 1974 they mostly did arcade games (and aquarium equipment???) and a large portion of their home console releases were largely only for Japan.

Dragon Seeds was published in Japan in August of 1998, coming to the US in Sepember of the same year.

The game does not have.....stellar reviews.
